How to Order
You have several easy options to order with us! The quickest and most fun way, of course, is to order online with our secured shopping cart. Using the finest in Yahoo! security, you'll find the ease of ordering right at your fingertips. If you choose not to shop online, you can call us at 404-963-8754 to order. Or, you can order by mail and fax. Just click here to download our order form. The form can be faxed to 866-432-3895 and for mail-order, details are on the form. You'll need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the mail-order form.

Using the Shopping Cart
It's really easy to shop with our enhanced shopping cart system. To the left of the page are the main categories of products. They include Cool Pop Culture, Rubber Ducks, Retro Bobble Heads, Car Air Fresheners, Spongebob Squarepants, Disney, etc. If you want to view each category and the various products within them, just click on the category name that you wish to view.

What if you don't want to look through our categories? Well, there are several more ways to search through our product inventory. You can search by simply typing the term into the box at the lower portion of each page or you can press the Search button at the left sidebar of the page to bring you to our inventory search system. That's where you can type in the particular product name that you're looking for.

Adding Products to the Basket
To your left, you'll see that we're inside our Muppets category. So what do you want to do? Well, if you want to see an enlarged photograph, description, and size details of the product, simply click on the item's name or photo. Ok, so now you've found a product that you like. If you want to purchase only that particular product, you'll want to click the Add To Cart button (the former Order button shown to the left) by that particular product.

At any time, you can look at the contents or remove an item from your shopping basket by simply clicking on the Show Order button at the top of your screen. Anytime that you're in a category, to get back to previous screens, you just need to click on your Back button on your Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator, or by clicking on Tickles the Cat in the upper left corner.

You can modify the quantity of items or delete items when in the show order screen. With the power of our shopping system and a Yahoo! ID, the contents will remain in your basket for over two weeks. So, if you've started a shopping trip and plan to finish in a few days, those items will remain in your basket!

How to Checkout
You're in the final stages of completing your order and you're getting ready for the fun stuff to arrive at your door! To checkout, you simply need to click on the show order button at the left menubar of your screen. Once in your shopping basket, you can update the quantity of the product(s), go back to shop more, or proceed by clicking on the Check Out button.

Once clicking on the check out button, you'll then be prompted to enter your shipping information. You even have the ability to send the order as a gift and add options such as gift wrapping. Remember that all gift orders are accompanied by a gift receipt, which do not show pricing, just the names of the product(s). As for your personal information, it is kept strictly confidential. Additional information such as your telephone number is simply needed for our payment verification system. We have an very strict privacy policy where no third party will ever receive any information about you. We welcome you're viewing of our policy at the left menubar button.

Once completing you're mailing information, it is on to your payment and completion of the order.

Checkout Payment Options
Now it's time for the payment section of your order. Here you will enter your payment information to complete the ordering process. We do accept payment by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, Personal Check, Business Check, and Money Order. To pay by credit card, you will simply enter in your cardholder information in the payment screen. For payment by PayPal, you will be automatically routed to their checkout system for a speedy checkout. For check orders, we do not process checks electronically. Both personal checks and money orders must be sent by mail. When prompted to pay by personal check, if a number is needed on the electronic checkout screen, simply put the number one (1).

Yahoo! Wallet customers, who have express checkout enabled, will be able to skip entering their payment information as it is automatically stored, and they will proceed to the review screen to finalize the order.

Once our easy process is complete, you'll be able to review your order on the review screen and make any final changes to the order. Here you will also be able to enter any coupon codes that you have for your order. Once you are ready to submit your order, simply click on the send order button.

Your order is now complete! An information screen will appear with the confirmation of your order and a receipt will follow via email. Once your order ships, a confirmation from our shipping department will follow.
