Here you’ll find our timetable for shipping methods throughout the month of December for our customers within the United States and around the globe.
For our international customers, please be aware that customs and handling times vary from country to country. During the holiday season, package delivery time tends to get delayed for longer than the usual transit time. It is our advice to place your order as soon as possible to have your order arrive in time for the holidays.
Halloween Shipment Deadline
You can still have your order expedited for Halloween delivery within the United States. Orders for delivery by Monday, October 31st need to be placed by Thursday, October 27th, Noon Eastern. You must choose Expedited Shipping, as Standard Shipping is not guaranteed for delivery.
United Kingdom VAT Changes
Remember that all shipments to the United Kingdom are exempt from VAT if they are under £18. Effective as of the 1st of November, that amount will be £15. If you”re sending your package as a gift to the United Kingdom, the exemption is £40.

Closeouts on Rubber Ducks
Throughout the month of August, we’re closing out the majority of our rubber duck department. We’re also still in the midst of the closing out our remaining pins and decals. We’re expanding our selection of bobble heads and pop culture kitsch getting us back to the core lines of products that have been the hallmark of our business since 1998.
UPDATE: Canadian Postal Strike Over
The strike with Canada Post has been suspended and mail operations have resumed. The United States Postal Service allowed packages to resume travel to Canada as of yesterday and all backlogged orders have been shipped now that the package embargo has ended.

UPDATED: Canadian Postal Strike
A brief update for our Canadian customers: The USPS has halted all Air Mail shipments to Canada effective today, June 20, 2011 due to the Canada Post strike. We would advise you to place your order and the order will be processed and put together at our facility per our standard policy. All Canadian Air Mail shipments will then be placed aside and will ship immediately once the USPS lifts the moratorium.
